About Quality Assurance
In addition to post-processing inspections, all parts are inspected in-house prior to shipment to guarantee quality. Our inspectors check the measured points on the drawings and submit them together with the products. We provide thorough inspections of Japanese quality, such as entering actual measured values for tolerance points. Our high quality assurance eliminates various risks caused by defects, such as increased burden of incoming inspections and delivery delays due to remanufacturing. In the future, we plan to introduce the latest inspection equipment such as image dimensional measuring machines and CMMs, and expand the number of inspectors. *Inspections may not be available for some heavy or large parts.

Rockwell Hardness Tester
The Rockwell hardness test measures hardness from the depth of an indentation created by pressing a diamond indenter against a sample. It is often used to check the hardness of metal parts after heat treatment. The Rockwell hardness test is ideal for testing quenching, tempering, carburizing, and nitriding.
